Its a vinyl liner. Good luck with any soft ice chest with sharp objects. Use it for food and drinks like it is intended.

Buy direct from polar bear. polarbearcoolers.com. Every year in November they email a code for "2 for 1". I buy these for customers every year as xmas gifts. Every now and then one might leak but they are buy far, the best soft side on the market.

Make sure all of your exit doors are 36" minimum. Makes it easier for moving.
Make sure they install the drier vent and stove/oven exhaust that vents outside.
Dont forget doorbell wiring. The remote/wireless ones are a pain in the arse.

There is nothing wrong with a 40. Shoot a person with a 9, 40 or 45 and see what happens. Hell shoot a person with a 22 at close range in the chest cavity and see what happens? May take a little longer but results are results. You shoot someone hopped up on drugs and its going to take multiple shots with any caliber. Its more about the ammo you are shooting than the caliber!
