re: Will UF look to hire Petrino?

I'm guessing they will look at whoever the current coach is at Arkansas State given the track record.

Chizik is available!

re: So where does UT go from here?

Wait until Arkansas State makes a hire than go after their coach.
I would hope Auburn would pick first since they don't mind taking 5-19 coaches.
I can't believe Auburn let Joker Phillips slip away to Florida. Maybe they can get Skip Holtz.
It would be terrible for the Arkansas program. We just dumped JLS. We don't need any more clown coaches.
Seriously, if you LSU fans would just plan your season around a loss to Arkansas every year you would be a lot happier. Right now you should be looking at the BCS and calculating whether you can hold on to the #2 spot and hoping it works out where you can play Bama so you have a shot. Instead you are pretending that you can win tomorrow and getting your hopes up just to be disappointed yet once more. I'm just trying to help.

Other than an automatic W, this is what we think of LSU

You better hope our past coaches show up instead of Petrino.

LSU is an automatic W on the Hog's schedule every year. You may fool the rest of the nation into thinking you're hot stuff but you're just plain old LSU to us. Down deep you expect to lose and will. When you look at BCS standings, you all need to be thinking about what your chances are as a one lose team to Arkansas.
This is a long thread for a school that is not even top 25.

re: Who is the worse QB in the SEC?

Kiehl Frazier gets honorable mention as the QB best able to maintain eye contact with his receiver!

I think in the end it will come down to which ever team wants it less.
I wouldn't donate even if someone dropped a nuclear bomb on Auburn.

Auburn pays players to play and apparently pays hookers for sex. At least they are consistant.

Arkansas locking down Bobby Petrino for years to come with an 18 million dollar buy out - A+

Everyone else - C- or below.
Clearly whether Miles leaves or not all comes down to one thing: Is the grass greener on the other side? A man's gotta eat.

re: Jake Locker or Cam Newton?

Posted by Peace on 12/25/10 at 4:13 pm to
Any team that drafts Cam knows Cecil will demand top dollar.
The rule is that not only can a redshirt not play in a game during the regular season, he also cannot play with himself while the game is being played. During bowl games, however, redshirt players ae allowed to play with themselves during the game. I think that is why many of them stay behind and watch the game in the team's hotel. Hope this helps!

I believe Cam doesn't have a clue as opposed to Cam had no clue about Cecil da pimp.

re: Cam Newton re: Letterman

Cam was probably hanging out at the elementary school trying to pick up some term papers he could half way understand before turning them in as his work.
Cecil Newton was the only one who knew Gus was interviewing with Vandy. Cam had no idea.

Before Petrino became available, Gus was my choice for HC at Arkansas even though he was one year removed from high school. Gus will be successful at any program he decides on.

Makes sense Pat was in Macon, GA. I know he goes to Georgia every Sunday to help with the collection plate at Holy Zion Center of Deliverance.

You don't want Nutt. He finds ways to embarrass a program that even Miles cannot.
As an Arkansas fan I'm glad to hear Miles is working on things like this in practice this week.
Check out this video. It has pictures of Les Miles' CBS Interview set to an old Jon Lovitz (SNL) "liar guy" routine. Funny stuff.
