My colleagues and I have developed a pretty fail proof system. Grind your tobacco into a nice thin powder and pack the oven real tight. Take a screen and bend it to fit in between the tobacco and oven. Start on medium for 4-6 pulls, then put that bitch on hot. you'll be paxin and relaxin in no time.
clean it often, I clean mine after 3-4 sessions.
