Bought mine 14 years ago and then bought my now 9 & 14 year old theirs when they were born. Three month's ago we moved to Texas, so I am glad to be able to go back and hunt & fish whenever I want without worry.
In BR I have a 1.5 mb T1 for $379, different location in BR I have a 6 mb T1 for $575.
In Shreveport, I have a business class cable 100mb connection with a static IP for $200.
T1 are more stable with our VoIP phones but our computers are faster on the cable line.

Try to find out what pool store previous owner used. Hopefully they would have a history of water samples and products bought. If pool is only 2 yrs old you are still in easy maintenance mode. Keep salt in pool, test the water and brush it every 1-2 weeks. If this is too much trouble hire a pool maintenance company.
Edit: read 12 years as 2. Saltwater pools are still easy maintenance. Pump equipment will need to be monitored

I work for 2 companies, both use Toshiba. One is a true VoIP service(8 phones) and the other we have our own PBX with digital and VoIP phones (50+). Both work well.
Have fun MB, maybe the weather cooperates and people can spread out this weekend

re: What's the OTs experience with CVT transmissions?

Drove an Altima as a company car for 1.5 years, took a little getting used to. Now I own a 2013 Pathfinder. CVT gives you a very smooth acceleration. Sister has a Lexus with it and loves it.

I read the site for 4-5 years without even joining. Still read without posting for the most part, I guess I need to start just to build some street cred with Motorboat

I'm 42. I remember wearing boots with no insulation in them at all. We had to buy boots that were 2 sizes to big so we could wear more socks to try and keep our feet warm. Also, no boots were waterproof then. You avoided water like the plague because if your feet got wet you were done. Also, when I started duck hunting around the age of 17, there was no such thing as neoprene. You had this rubber crap, cold as hell waders that would crack if they got too cold. Personally I wouldn't go back to any of that if I had to.
