If AUB beats FSU?

Give your Rant Reasoning.

Bama lost to AUB and their bowl game.
LSU beat AUB.
We would have beaten OU.
PAC-12 and Big-10 suck

Oh, and we got Fournette. That should mean something. Plus Mett was hurt.

Just 60 years ago on the good ole southern USA, law enforcement officials were involved in lynchings.

a number of counties, yes indeed
early to mid 80's in NOLA. Definitely low teens of not brief singles at night. Many pipes bursting in many of those raised homes.

I still delivered.
In 100 years whether it be your grand-kids, great-grand-kids, or whoever growing up, what do you think the USA and rest of the world will be like?

Anything goes.

Politics?
Sports?
Technology?
Transportation?
Wars?
Super Powers?
Medicine?
The Economy?
Health?
Whatever...

I'll start with three.

- Mexico will be part of the United States.
- Two US presidents will have been assassinated.
-Someone with the last name Manning will be playing quarterback in Super Bowl 147 (One will have been canceled due to World War 3, which was started by one of the assassinations noted above)

This is the most asinine argument people continue to use. Whether you think he would've broken it or not doesn't matter. HE DIDN'T! Statistics are not arbitrary, that's what makes them statistics. They are fact, and cannot be disputed.

Okay. He HAS the record.
Can't see where manning through the ball from? How about a video?

Yeah, this was just a regular play with no substantial meaning. It really doesn't need or deserve an explanation.

Which is why they have a sooner explanation and explained more than usual

I can understand that because your comprehension sucks. Elias never said it was or wasn't a pass. Just that it was staying as called by the refs. Say what it is. Like "shut up, it was a pass as we see it". The fact that you have had season tickets for 19 years, obviously, doesn't make you smarter, so stop saying that as a reason for your moronic argument. You are doing a great job of trolling though.

They never makes such statements that a play wasn't such when they so not reverse that stats. They simply indicate it stands. In fact the vast majority of the time they make no statement other than an indication the stat remains unchanged. They put out more of a statement when they do reverse a stat, which was not the case here.
Of the three sec teams playing so far todAy, only one is playing a ranked opponent.

Link a picture, because that angle I posted makes it as clear as humanly possible. Indisputable

As far as I can tell the view from above is not out yet. I am sure it'll finds it was out in the next couple of days. But most articles do reference that additional camera view.

Yes there is. Read any ap article about it. In fact I posted it from fox sports.com earlier in this thread. Cannot link from phone, but it is quoted in this thread

And there is another angle from above that shows Mnning is one foot deeper than the receiver
quote:

Whatever they need to tell themselves. I don't care. Just call a spade a spade. It was a backward pass. Anyone with one good eye can see it from any angle. If that weren't the case, they would have stated explicitly that it was forward. They didn't. They left their explanation ambiguous. That's what bothers me. Not the record.

This is confusing. Because earlier you stated:
quote:

Rules wise, it should be reviewed, like every thing is, per Elias. If they deem it a pass, so be it. Good job Peyton.ad.

So much butthurt in this thread.

NFL records it as a pass.
Elias confirms it remains as such.
:wah: :wah: ensues.
Manning cares less about that particular record than some of you guys and based on his on the field reaction and statement, less than Drew did when he broke it

And I am a life long Saints fan with season tix for 19 years

From fox sports

Manning's pass clearly looks like a lateral in one camera angle. Another angle, from above, however, appears to show Decker gathering in the ball at the Denver 48-yard line with Manning about a foot deeper than that.

Apparently as per the policies of Elias, the evidence was not overwhelming to over turn the NFLs stats that it was a pass.

I am a Saints fan and all of this looks like whining.

Yeah I'm not bent out of sgape but I just don't see how something can be one thing when there's that it is something else. Oh well.

To be clear, No official from the NFL or Elias said it was a lateral.

Could he have beaten the record if he played a series in the second half? Sure, but he also could have drop back to pass and got hit and blew out his ACL. You shouldn't get the record for something you didn't do, it doesn't matter if you could have easily done it. In the end you didn't do it.

This makes no sense. He broke the record. They reviewed or and the record stands.

it happens every week, so congrats on your wish already being accomplished

And they reviewed mannings as well.
He now owns the record
