Texas A&M forward Pharrel Payne has entered his name into the NCAA Transfer Portal just days after Buzz Williams left the Aggies for the Maryland job.
Payne, a 6-9 junior from Cottage Grove, Minn., averaged 10.4 points and 5.1 rebounds per game last season. He began his career at Minnesota and transferred to Texas A&M last offseason.
