“Somebody put on the internet that I was going to die in about a year or something,” Spurrier said. “‘Failing health.’ And I had a bunch of my buddies calling, ‘Are you alright, Coach? Are you in the hospital?’ I said, ‘No, I’m fine.’ I swear to God. Artificial information, AI, or false information. Lies. It’s easy to put out anything, and I guess the average person believes it.”
