Zurich Marriott Hotels

Have 3 nights in Zurich next month and trying to decide between staying at the Renaissance for 145k Bonvoy points or the Neues Schloss Privat Hotel Zurich, Autograph Collection for 220k Bonvoy points.
Does anyone have experience with either? The Neues Schloss is closer to the lake and was recently remodeled and rebranded from a Sheraton. There is also a Marriott close to the Neues Schloss for 221k Bonvoy points but that doesn't seem worth it.

How much do these hotels charge per night? Zurich is one of the most expensive cities in the world to visit.

A 30% higher points redemption? Eh, no. Over 3 days, you're not going to spend a ton of time in the hotel, that's a no-go. 145k vs. 220k vs. 221k, my decision has already been made, unless the Renaissance is next to a garbage collection facility or something.

Renaissance is about 2 miles from city center while the Neues Schloss is a block from the lake.
Agree that the Marriott at 221k makes no sense. Rates are $500-600 dollars a night

Public Transport!
Apparently you can also book water tours of the lake on the same public transport app.
