Go to Santa elisabetta if you want a seriously top flight two Michelin star meal. It’s like $250/pp though.

I hope someone else can chime in, but that area seemed to be a bit more brown than others imo. We went to the Mercato centrale which is a popular (tik tok famous and a cool experience for sure) food court in the area you booked and noticed it was a lot of non Italian folks and businesses. Nothing against Indians and others but this was in Florence, Italy. Again, the uffizi area is my preference.
