Redneck Riviera (my family has been going, in some form or other for 50 years). Started at Ft. Morgan with a family cabin that was lost to a hurricane and have slowly worked our way further east. We've finally stopped going the last couple of years, but we spent a lot of time on the panhandle.

Palm Beach, FL: my mother in law snowbirds there, so we usually get there once a year. Used to fly, but we've started driving now, because we like to have our car down there, plus we can bring our mountain bikes to ride. It's not really a favorite destination or anything, but we end up there a lot.

Santa Fe, New Mexico: we went twice last year and are going twice again this year. We just love the area, and it suits my family's interests in culture, folk art, food, and outdoor adventure (primarily mountain biking).
