I'm Air and Space all the way, but one can't ignore what Udvar Hazy has out near IAD.

7th Street Burger in Georgetown has some of the best burgers in DC. Good for lunch. It’s about a 10 min walk from the exorcist steps.

I thought the spy museum was a little cheesy. That being said, I’m almost a 50 year old man. The kids might like it more than the AHM, but I personally would take the AHM every day over the spy museum. Lot of cool movie and music stuff.

Spy museum has a fake nutsack used for hiding stuff. Hair and all.

With those ages of kids I also recommend udvar. The other museums have lots of stuff to read and lines to read them. Udvar is a wide open place with huge planes and a hamburger joint.

It is on the metro route. Use the metro! A percentage of the cost of an uber.
