Prairie Taproom is really good with, obviously, awesome beers.
Blue Dome district has a lot of good restaurants and bars. You can just wander around in that area.

Blue Dome like mentioned above. Its downtown around 1st and Elgin. They have some cool bars with good food.

For some reason, they have some of the best tabbouleh all over Tulsa.
As for restaurants, I was always a fan of McGill's and The Spudder when I used to go there a decade or so ago. Mahogany was pretty good, too.

BurnCo, get there around 11 for lunch, once they sell out they close their doors, best ribs in town.

White River Fish Market, I could make a meal out of the cocktail shrimp and the crab legs are the best in town.

I had lunch at a place called Roosevelt's. Great taplist and menu. Casual with great bar food. I had some kind of burger with blue cheese that was the bomb.

CELLAR DWELLER is a bucket list dive bar - subterranean and they usually have a PBR can special, no joke. At least do it once.
VALKYRIE has one of the best bourbon selections I have seen and a cool bar.

I did White River today for lunch since it is near the company I am visiting. I was impressed with the seafood for being in the Midwest.

Yeah, it's good for not being near saltwater, but they fly the fish in fresh that they can't get regionally.
