Haven't done one of these in a while and was asked to do a houston focused one so here we are on this rainy sunday. I'm hesitant on posting any southwest deals given their current pilot issues and cancelling nearly 30% of their flights today. In good conscious cannot recommend flying them over the next few weeks if there continue to be issues, we'll have to keep an eye on it.
In any case, if you have specific requests or questions let me know below
Houston to:
Miami- $117 on American or United. Now through mid december, even january shows up at $127 which is pretty good.
Orlando- $117 on United. Now through mid december and most of january. Might not be a bad time to start looking for holiday travel if you're going to disney.
Denver- $117 on United. For november and early december, even january/february are not bad at $127 roundtrip. Good ski season travel price?
Aspen- $289 on United. These are for random tuesdays/wednesdays with returns later in the week, but for the price of flying direct nonstop into Aspen instead of Denver + the rental car this may be worth the price difference. Dates are in december, january, and february LINK
Hayden CO (Steamboat Springs)- $227 on United. Surprised I'm seeing a reasonably priced roundtrip in January and February, this is for the nonstop too. LINK
NYC- $157 on United, Delta, AA or Jetblue. Take your pick, pricing is pretty much good for any time except holidays.
Cancun- $186 on United or Aeromexico. Not sure I've seen it this cheap for this flight pair but haven't normally checked. Now through February with some good deals over the holidays (thanksgiving specifically), may need to book two one-ways
Phoenix- $97 on United or AA. This is the absolute cheapest price, most dates are around $241 but you can find a few that work in November and December.
Seattle- $197 on United. Doesn't seem like a great deal.
Boston- $157 on United or Jetblue. Now through early November
