Thanks, you as well. Although there are still quite a few people here, it doesn’t seem near as crowded as it was this same week last year.

Apparently St. John has grown so much in popularity amongst the Louisiana crowd that they now carry our condiments in 1 gallon size.
As seen in Dolphin Market near the roundabout.

Dolphin Market > Starfish Market. Smaller but cleaner and more organized. Big neither is cheap, I just can’t believe the locals shop at these markets.

What a great day today was. Snorkeled Cinnamon Beach and then drove around the whole island.

Agreed, and I like midway grocery too. I do like the baked goods from starfish though. Those muffins are excellent.

VABuckeye, we head home before then. Wish I’d be around. I’d like to catch up with you and buy you a beer (or painkiller). There’s a decent chance I’ll find myself in Marco Island again this December. If so, I’ll get in touch with you ahead of time.

Finished up the day on Maho.

I’ve been to a lot of beach’s in my life but I’m pretty sure this is one of the prettiest I’ve seen!

Trunk Bay? Yes it is.

You should get over to Dragon Caye on Middle Caicos one of these days. Spectacular little beach.

Just got back from St John on Wednesday. I noticed flying in and on the ferry ride from st Thomas that there was a ton of seaweed in the water. Most of the beaches were clear except trunk bay. It had a ton of seaweed. You had to jump over it to get into the water. Been to St. John almost 10 times and have never seen that before. Not sure if it’s impacting other areas including the BVIs.

Nope. Couple of passports sitting in the mailbox at home. One week too late. Maybe next time. Loved our last trip over there.

Is that Amorosa? If so I stayed there in 2019. Great location, hopefully the owners fixed some of issues. When we stayed there, the electric gate was broken, they didn't even provide keys for us to lock the place when we left. Several of the door couldn't be locked from the inside either due to damaged door frames. The pool was cloudy as hell too and full of sand from the people that stayed there before us. The owner needed to spend about $20k to get it really nice as it had so much potential to be 5 star. If you want an awesome place for just a little bit more $, check out Hakuna Matata. Just got back last week. The best villa on the island in that price point on the northshore.

Yep. Still some minor issues but fantastic view and it works fine for our group. We were gunning for Hakuna Marata, Island Stones or Great Escapes but waited too long.
