Recommendations- Stockholm, Copenhagen, Hamburg, Amsterdam

Looking for recommendations, particularly for places to eat, in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Hamburg, and Amsterdam. Going in April. We have most activities figured out, but open to more ideas.
Also looking for some other travel resources besides Google and tripadvisor if you have any.

My wife and I tried to get into Noma in CPH, a few years back, and could not. We ate here instead.

It's been 10 years since I was in Copenhagen and Stockholm so my recs may not be relevant. I do know NOMA is shutting the doors but not sure when it will be final But I go to Amsterdam fairly often, going again this summer. I have Rummie a bunch of recs in his thread, but most of them are local places rather than high end places. I can't find that thread right now thanks to the nonexistant TD search function and Google is no help either. I will try to find it tomorrow
