Panamá City Panama and Bocas Del Toro recommendations

Anyone have any recommendations for Panamá City Panama and Bocas Del Toro?
Restaurants, bars, things to see etc.

I was going to laugh if you were planning on driving.
I would limit time in PC. IMO, Casca Viejo & Mira Flores were the best things about PC.
Bocas is incredibly beautiful and I much prefer it to the city!
I assume that you are staying in Bocas Town?
There are lots of places to go...surf breaks, isolated beaches, snorkeling spots, lots of islands & islets to explore. None of them are a close walk! Transportation is crucial. Rent a bike to get around Isla Colon and take water taxis everywhere else.
Mondo Taitu is a hostel right there in Bocas Town with one of the best happy hours around. Meet other travelers and get them to recommend a boat operator or just travel in larger groups to get better rates on boat transportation around the islands.
Barco Hundido (right there in Bocas Town) & Aqua Lounge, a short boat ride away on Isla Carenero, were two hot spots last time I was there.

Check out the San Blas Islands just off the coast of Panama on the Caribbean side. Absolutely beautiful. Just like Gilligan’s Island.

The Veneto hotel and casino in the city can be very fun at night, esp. if you are a group of guys.

leave panama city. Its not terrible but certainly much better things in the region.
