Nice, quiet area of Philadelphia for me to book a hotel?

I need to travel for work to Philadelphia the week before Thanksgiving. I'll be at the Philadelphia Convention Center.
Every hotel around there is booked. I'm not sure where would be a decent location to get a nice (but affordable) hotel to commute to the PCC.
Any tips or advice?

I booked The Study in University City. I'm open to cancelling the reservation if anyone has any better suggestions.

Rittenhouse Square is a nice area with a ton of hotels and restaurants/bars.
We recently stayed The Bellevue and had a nice stay. It’s connected to The Sporting Club gym and you get complimentary access. The gym is pretty sweet.

quote:I would not describe that as a quiet area. Multiple colleges in that area.
University City
Maybe look at Old City? In my limited experience, busy during the day but slows down in the evenings.
