Copied from one of my earlier post:
Few reqs I have would be doing drinks one evening at the Roof top at the Cape. Sunset Monalisa is always a good pick for dinner. Niksan has some of the best Japanese food I've ever had. If your looking for a cool "hole in the wall" taco shop, go to Taco Gus. Grabbing lunch at the Office on the beach is always fun. I would also highly suggest spending an afternoon at Sur Beach House. It's a beach club with amazing food and drinks. Both the Office and Sur are on Medano Bay. This is where you can get a boat and go see the arch, rent jet skis, and mess with the beach vendors. If you are into the farm to table stuff, Flora Farms does cool cooking classes and has pretty good dinners. It is in San Jose del Cabo which is about 40 min north of Cabo San Lucas. There is also a new Nobu and Hard Rock just south of where you would be staying. If your into fishing, i would recommend Red Rum. Have used them multiple times and always had fun. If your into booze cruises, I would have to find the company I use, cant think of the name right now. If the resort does not provide transportation, All Ways Cabo is a great shuttle company. While getting around while you are there, Uber is way better than the cabs. Most resorts will not let ubers on property to pick you up, they will usually allow them to drop you off. In order to leave the resort you will have to get a shuttle to the front gate, or just use a cab the resort gets for you. I'm probably missing a lot so if you have any other questions or need any other reqs, just let me know.

Was there a few weeks ago for the first time. Stayed at the cape so skewed towards that area.
Go to el huerto for dinner, it’s incredible.
We took Uber’s (we made the hotel let them in) it was $4 vs $20.
Ediths was great.
We did glass bottom kayaking and snorkeling by the arch - it was a lot of fun and I’m sure more seasoned people would say touristy but it was a small group and just fun to break up the day.

If the current is weak and the tide is low, this is awesome. I was on a paddleboard in that area a couple of years ago, and should not have been...the waves by the arch were nasty.

Tres Gallos is outstanding
Agreed. I also really recommend Flora Farms even though its way out of the way. That was one of my favorite parts of the trip. Also ate some solid seafood at Baja Cantina.
We also rented a car and drove to Punta Lobos and climbed the cliff up there. It was a really cool place to watch the whales.

Puerto Pacifica Bonita, wherever that is
Pueblo Bonita Pacifica. Just stayed there over Thanksgiving. Great place, really enjoyed ourselves. If you like golf play Quivira, awesome.
The Asian restaurant at the main resort is jam up. DO NOT eat at the 50’s diner at the Market! ??. You’ll have to wear mask in the restaurant and indoor public areas of the resort. But not around the pools.
The Office (restaurant) down in Cabo was great also. Spent a day in Todo Santos (50 min car ride) and it was neat town. But mostly just went to relax after a crazzy year at work. Did a lot of drink sipping by the pool and napping. Taxi from resort to marina is $14, don’t think they let Uber in the resort.
You’ll be on the beach but you can’t get into the water, surf and current way too bad. But you can sit out there and whale watch, which was pretty cool.

Todos Santos is awesome. El Cerrito beach (surfing school) is also fun with great food from the beach bar.

We went to this resort a few years ago. It is great. It's on the pacific side, so you can walk the beach, but forget about getting in the water (the waves crashing in sounds like thunder 24/7). Food is good and scenery is great. Very short trip to cross the mountains to get to the marina and Cabo proper.
If you play golf, you absolutely have to go the Quivera which is owned by this resort. It is absolutely breathtaking and is worth the trip all in itself. The course runs up the cliff wall and then back down with 4 drinking stations and fresh tacos and tequila at the turn. It was the highlight of the trip.
