Need information on Barcelona, Spain Airport (BCN) T1

I've flown out of T1 a few times, but on Star Alliance (also T1.) I'm trying to remember if an unattended bag drop even existed last year. Presuming you're flying to ATL or AMS, you're going to have to get your passport checked at the attended bag drop anyway.

I also left early as hell the last time, and can tell you where to buy breakfast, but checked baggage wasn't an issue. I think my last flight was at 0650, because I remember it being early enough that I noted where the prostitutes in Barca were getting their cab rides home at 5AM.

Once spent the night in that airport just fricking around.
