Hyatt Coconut Point in Bonita Springs.

I like the Inn on Fifth. It's in the middle of downtown, so lots of walkable options. Truluck's is in the building, so bonus.

We stayed at Naples Grande when we went. Off the water but, there's a golf cart service by the pool that will take you to the beach.

All good options above.
JW Marriott on Marco is really nice as well.
Naples also has two Ritz Carltons - one on the beach and one on a golf resort.
The season is just ending, so the town shouldn’t be as crowded as it is during the winter months. Hope you have a fun time.

The season is ending but a ton of people wait until around Mother's Day to depart. At least they did last year.

What's the budget for dinners? In Naples you can spend a little or spend a lot. 3rd and 5th are generally the higher priced restaurants but there are some really good ones.

Ritz Carlton on Vanderbilt Beach is tough to beat. If you don’t stay there you can still do beach side dining at their restaurant. Being on west coast of South Florida the sunsets are amazing.
