Oh these gate agents love me already. They've had to deal with a bunch of BS all morning and theyve seen me chilling politely waiting. Problem is there is also a small family of three that has gone through a lot worse than me this morning.

Cuse you still around? I'm gonna try and leave on United through Houston but it got booked up all of a sudden. Alternative is American through Dallas. You got any thoughts or suggestions?

Just had time to check your flights for tomorrow.

I see you're on the 5:30am, please stick with this flight. Reason I say this is that economy is showing as full, but first class is actually only booked to 5 out of 20 seats! That group in front of you is listed for first class as well so assuming they show up they will get put in first and you'll bump up to first on the standby list for economy. Also all the seats left are economy plus or exit row seats so you should be set there.

The 9:35am from IAH to MSY looks wide open so assuming you get on the 5:30am you'll be good. I'll wave out my window here in the morning

In looking at AA flights, the 5:59am to DFW doesn't look great but is likely your best bet. If you don't get on the 5:30am to houston, you may as well start listing for AA flights including that 5:59am to DFW, the 6:20am to ORD (wouldn't recommend), the 7am to MIA (wouldn't recommend), the 7:35am to DFW (pretty booked, but possible), and the 9:10am to MIA on a 763 (very open right now)
