I've heard its pretty cool and pretty safe. I have not been there.
I know you can take a ferry to Buenos Aires that will be a couple hours long but not too bad...if you wanted to be in BA around World Cup time

Would be pretty good if Argentina wins it all. I may be able to get over there on Tuesday or Wednesday.
