Going to Miami next week. Staying in the FL area. Any recs on food and places to stay?

Really depends on where you are staying, where you are going and what you like to do. Going alone or kids/no kids, South Beach or Downtown, etc.?
Wynwood area was really cool. Lots of good food options and breweries. Little Havana is a cool area too.

Piggy Backing - We will be there for one day only, staying near the cruise terminal. We do not mind getting an uber. Will basically have the afternoon and evening on Friday. Any one day recomendations?
