It's more Gulf Shores, but we've stayed at the Lighthouse Condominiums many times and love it. Pools, hot tub, gym, walking distance to main Gulf Shores beachfront dining/retail, The Hangout, etc.

I would rent near the Flora-Bama at Phoenix X since the Flora-Bama is always a good time

Phoenix X would be my first choice just because of it being walking distance to Florabama. We also like Phoenix VII. It’s close to Perdido Pass where you can watch the boats come in and out. The rock wall on the side of the pass is a great place to watch a sunrise. The VII has an indoor pool so that would be nice in the winter. They have a gym and racquetball if you’re into that type of thing. You’re also in a pretty good location for restaurants or a quick grocery run.

Also- feel free to share any other feedback that you think would be helpful, as this will be my first time renting a condo in the Orange Beach area. Thanks ahead of time

As your first time I would just plan on it not being perfect, that's about all you can do. Orange Beach is all pretty similar honestly, some places are just slightly closer to some stuff than others but its all Uber-able or super close drive.

Price is going to be dependant on how nice the building is and the amenities. If a heated pool is important than make sure to find out because many places don't heat their pools outside of the holidays.
