Look up Uniworld.
Just returned from an 8 day cruise on the Seine. Giverny, Rouen, Honfleur, beaches of Normandy, Saint Mare Eglise, Versailles, and Paris.
We went Thurs-Sat in Paris for Ryder Cup before boarding on Sunday.
There is NO way the organization of excursions, food, and accommodations could be better anywhere. There were 124 passengers.
ETA- There are a multitude of cruises worldwide that this company offers. Never been on Viking, but passengers that were with us have, and they said this one is better. You do pay for it, but tipping is not encouraged, mostly because you pay for it upfront. Never been pampered like that before.
