Malone’s, there are several locations in town.
OBC is a great place too. The food is solid but they have a menu on an iPad that gives a review of many different kinds of bourbons that you can order by the ounce. I think I had the flank steak there and really enjoyed it.

What're you looking for? Malone's is a solid place all around. For higher end steaks there's Tony's and Jeff Ruby's. Casual stuff downtown I like Carson's. Mirror twin and ethereal are pretty good breweries. Ethereal is on Manchester by Goodfellas pizza. Pretty decent little area with crank and boom ice cream and middle fork bar and kitchen.
