IMO La Reve and absinthe are the 2 best shows. Maestros is very good and butter cake dessert might be the best single dish in Vegas. Cosmo buffet is really good, not your typical buffet.

Cosmo's buffet (Wicked Spoon) is very good. I went there for the first time last year. It has pretty good quality and the best diversity in food offerings I've seen. I've always avoided it before because the wait can be very long. I have status at Aria/MGM so I get priority seating which makes it hard to pass up when I don't want to wait.
