Las Vegas Recommendations
Its been a while since I've been, but going for a few days next week. Any recommendations for dining and entertainment?

For entertainment...we usually just ask the cab drivers to get it for us.

re: Las Vegas Recommendations
Absinthe show in front of Ceasars is raunchy and hilarious, and the acts were dynamite. It's in a tent, small crowds, just don't sit in the front row. Trust me.
LE RÊVE is also good.

Food:
Sushi Samba is always fun.
Javiers in Aria. Cool setting, atmosphere and legit food.
Mr. Chow is Ceasers is a go to.
SW Steakhouse at Wynn has been our favorite upscale steak house.

Tacos El Gordo for quick easy. Always a line, but worth it.
Peppermill for mornings/brunch. Check out the menu. You won't be disappointed.

Joel Robuchon (sic) at the MGM not L'Atellier (though that is quite good as well) but the one next to it with just his name is one of the best meals I have ever had

Eggslut and Zumba at Cosmo. Sage at Aria.

I also vote for Absinthe. Best show on the Strip.

Tacos and Beer off the strip is a great place for tacos.

Fix in Bellagio is also a great place for some food.

re: Las Vegas Recommendations
Just got back yesterday, was my first time. Not crazy about the strip, although we had a good meal at Beauty and Essex in the Cosmopolitan.

Downtown though was the shit! El Cortez hotel and casino ftmfw!

I just enjoyed the weird, dingy atmosphere of some of the downtown/Fremont casinos and hotels. Such a different vibe, interesting characters, and cheaper everything.

Do the high roller at the Linq hotel & get the bar package if you're into drinking (which why go to vegas if you're not??). It's basically a giant ferris wheel that takes ~30 minutes I think for the loop

Go see Anthony Cools. Worthy evening entertainment. I like Fremont experience if you’re in to that thing.

Anthony Cools is fricking hilarious.

Go see that show for sure...very affordable and very memorable. Definitely the only one of its kind in Vegas.

Jean Georges Steakhouse and Bardot Brasserie in the Aria were both very good.
The Pub between the hotel and malls/shops was a good casual place.

re: Las Vegas Recommendations
Where r u staying? We usually stay at Aria. If you're in that area, I'd recommend Javiers, 550 pizza, Lemongrass and the Aria buffet if u want to pig out. Cosmo which is an easy walk from Aria has alot of good food options too.

Here is my favorite restaurant currently which I went to for the first time last year.

Lawry's Prime Rib

Hands down best prime rib I've ever had and service was fantastic. I'd rather go there than any of the steakhouses in Vegas.

Absinthe is a fun show. If you like Cirque du Soleil, then O and Mystere are good (didn't care for Ka). I've heard the Beatles one is good too if ur a fan of their music. The next show I'll see will probably be Le Reve at Wynn and/or go see Absinthe again as it has been 2 years and they change the acts. Don't do shows often only if we get bored of gambling/clubs, etc.

Lotus of Siam is the next restaurant on my list to try; supposedly one of the best Thai restaurants in the country. Check out the Anthony Bourdain video when he visited there.

Todd English was accused of sexual harassment and assume it was due to that. Todd English Pub at Crystals/Aria also went away about the same time.
