looking for Labor Day weekend trip. need opinions of this place and how is the water / beach area.

All I know is that the golf course is 1st class in terms of condition and customer service. I imagine the rest of the place is as well.

Only played golf there a few times and the course has always been in great shape, and the clubhouse and its employees have been great. I'd expect the same throughout the property.
Beach is probably like the rest of the beach in Ft Morgan. It's nice, but the water can be murky and brownish given its proximity to Mobile Bay.
