We went to bubbly pool and had lunch at Foxy's Taboo yesterday.
On Monday we chartered Foxy's brand new boat and our first mate was Foxy. We got to spend the whole day with him which was incredible. He told stories about island life and broke out his guitar at Cow Wreck and played a few songs for us. I'm told this is a rare thing now as he's had some issues with his throat. It was a day I'll cherish. We got to spend the whole day hanging out with a Caribbean legend.

OK. We survived a week in Jost. It's a party island if you haven't been there so you'd better bring your "A" drinking game.

A lightweight
On Monday we headed over to Anegada. We rented Foxy's brand new boat and it came with a bonus. We were the first ever charter on the new boat to Anegada and Foxy was our first mate for the day. He's a Caribbean legend and it was a blast to hang out with him. He even broke out his guitar and played a few songs for us which is a rare event nowadays.
We started with Pam's breakfast at Neptune.
Then it was off to Cow Wreck Beach

Tuesday we rented a dinghy and headed over to Little Jost Van Dyke to visit the B Line Bar. No one lives on the island but there's a bar there.
Food Porn.
Lobster quesadilla at One Love
Fried fish at Corsair's. Delicious but Vinny needs to fix his pricing. $14 Bushwhackers and $34 pizzas aren't cutting it for most people on the island.
Corsair's scallops. Again delicous but almost $40 for 3 scallops?
We had a little time to kill on St. Thomas and I've known the guy that drives me around in St. Thomas for years. I asked him to take us to a local place. It did not disappoint. A guy was delivering our fish as we pulled up.
Boats and sunsets. I'll get more pics to post from my family. Most of what is on my camera has them in it.

Been dere done dat a bunch of times.
I bought a poster one year and walked up the hill to Foxys house to get him to sign it. No problem.

We went to eat lunch at Pirates Blight on Norman Island yesterday. Within a stones throw from willie t's , but, far enough for my kids not to see what goes on there. I'm gonna post my family friendly USVI/BVI trip when I get back to NOLA Wednesday. I can say now this has been one of our best vacations!!
