Family of 3 and typically like to stay at Family, all-inclusive resorts bc we have an on,y child 11 year old to entertain 24/7 on vacation. However, we’ve also done house rentals in some places. Just out of ideas and having trouble finding something new.

Where we’ve been:
Beaches Turks & Caicos
Costa Rica
Punta Cana
Maya Rivieras
Grand Cayman

What we are looking for:
Family friendly resort with activities for families - waterslides, beach volleyball. kayaking, snorkeling, etc
Concierge/Butler or Diamond level availability
Adventurous excursions - white water rafting, zip lines, horseback riding, jungle atvs, etc.

Any ideas of places and accommodations?

Sounds like Costa Rica would be a good choice based on the activities you’d like to do.

We love Costa Rica but just went last year. Kind of in a rut and looking for someplace new.

Haven’t been there. Any suggestions for hotels and excursions?

We stayed at an AirBnB because we aren’t really resort people. But we also don’t have kids so it’s a bit different.

Take a helicopter from the airport to one of the two sandals resorts. One is better than the other, but I couldn’t tell you which one that is. Someone else here can though, I’m confident of that.

Hike the Pitons (famous mountains), white water raft, snorkel, ski, the usual island stuff. It’s truly the nicest Caribbean island I’ve been to by a long mile. And the water is so clear yet not salty, so you can open your eyes underwater without it burning.

I believe you can take a boat to Martinique as well.

This sounds perfect. Hope someone else can chime in with a resort rec. Thanks!

The eastern islands rebuilding is a bit of a problem right now.

USVI and BVI are my favorite islands by far. But were devastated.

I dont care for some parts of Nassau but Atlantis is a fun place for a family and meets your list.

Grand Cayman is pretty awesome as well. NM missed that you have been.
