Sorry, no, it’s based on me actually being in many of these countries since the Syrian exodus.
Medium-tier UK cities (which nobody actually goes to) would be my best "steer clear" zones for what you are (I think) talking about.

Most of the anti-immigrant sentiment in Dublin is directed at Ukrainian refugees which has exacerbated the housing shortage there.

Dublin is fine, if you can navigate Nola, Dublin is a cakewalk. We stayed at an airbnb and walked everywhere we wanted to go for the most part. I’d say Paris is sketchier for sure.
