I guess the benefit is the architecture will continue to get updated

What's really amazing is that little house on the Caribbean across from Mia Reef is still standing. That's impressive architecture.

It's the Blue Shed of Isla Mujeres.

They'll keep pumping sand onto Playa Norte. It's a cash cow for them.

The sad thing is what's happened to all of the art at Punta Sur. It's all gone now.

Going back in November. Love the place, would like to spend about 6 months there, but because of hurricanes, wife veto's that idea.

February into early March is perfect there. Incredible weather every day. The Carnival stuff during Fat Tuesday week also add a lot of flavor to the island.

And did I mention the drunken cheesy jalapeno covered hot dogs at the late night food carts? Damn, I need to get back there.

Yeah from there down to Cozumel... lost over a year of cruise traffic, now this...
