No kids. Anniversary trip with wife. Never been to New York. Something decent, but affordable. Central location (Manhattan). Able to get around and see the sites.

The SoHo Grand. I always recommend it when these threads come up. It’s where we stay every year.

We like to stay at the Muse, they have a suite with a nice big white bathtub that your wife will love, you guys could both fit in it
Just a few blocks from Times Square and a bunch of restaurants, but not too much in the middle of things where it’s noisy
