Forgive me for interjecting my opinion of how someone should/could spend time on the coast.
If a casino qualifies as a good time to you and yours then by all means...
I either wouldn’t go that far, or I’d pass it for a rental in Ocean Springs.

Give the palace casino a look. Pool is On the bay side overlooking their marina. You will sometimes see the fishing charters come in with their catch. Wahoos is the pool side bar and grill. Casino is smoke free and mignons is one of the best restaurants on the coast. Great Bar outside mignons occasionally with live music. Wife does not care for casinos but likes this place. Also you will be there in September, very nice sports bar inside. Good Luck

Thank you for the responses....I chose the GN. Have stayed at Beau many many times. Taking a chance here
