Gatlinburg in November

Not my favorite spot, but we are going around the end of November. Looking for hiking recommendations; moderate-easy difficulty because we will have our 1 year old with us. I'm looking into getting a baby hiking carrier so any suggestions on brands would also be appreciated. Excited to be able to start getting back into hiking in the parks since the baby will be old enough to toss on my back and get after it. TIA

I think you can drive to a trailhead off of 441 and hike towards Clingman's Dome pretty easily. It looks like it's called Kuwohi now.

We hiked Ramsey Cascades Trail back in November 2023. Beautiful trail and rewarding, definitely not easy. But if you get there at sunrise and start early, it is well worth it.

If you stop at the ranger station, those guys are very helpful and can point you in the right direction.
Laurel Falls Trail is the trail we did with our kids when they were young.
The trail is paved asphalt the whole way up to the waterfall.
There were even a few families pushing strollers up this trail. (I don't recommend that)
Look Rock Trail is another kid friendly trail

Used this one on a few hikes with the littles and was easy to use for both myself and the wife.

As far as what hike to go to, I will defer to the resident experts and also recommend making a quick stop at the visitor centers to point you in the right direction. They can tell you what is currently open, level of difficulty, length of hike...
