Frontier Airlines

I'm looking to book a flight to Denver from anywhere near Baton Rouge. The plan is to fly out June 23 and return June 27. The cheapest flight I found is through Frontier Airlines for $239 departing from Houston, which I don't have a problem with. What is the reputation of Frontier? I've heard bad things. Trying to figure out what to do. TIA

Just flew them direct from New Orleans to Philly. No issues. They've somewhat recently changed their business model to a budget carrier like Spirit. Big planes with no-frills interiors/seats and everything costs extra (even carry-on luggage). If you can handle that, go for it. It was fine for my fiance and me.
