Any ideas on a condo or house on beach for a week around $1500. Just my family of 4, 6 year old and 1 year old. First week of June. Asking to much for too little money?

Where are you?

Perdido Skye is nice one br, with bunk beds for 6 yo. Gulf front, pool, et Cetera.

If you're really frugal, check out Joni's Beach Rentals: Panama City Beach.

We stayed in this 2 bedroom condo on Vilano Beach, which is about 10 minutes from St. Augustine. Sand is kinda rough(coquina), but it's really quiet and laid back. Had the pool to ourselves pretty much every time we went. Around $1400 for 7 nights. We got more for our money there than any of the other places we were interested in.

Vilano is great. And the publix is literally across the street.

Look at Navarre Beach. I think it's the best kept secret in Florida. Beautiful white sand beaches that are uncrowded and emerald green water.
