Get some breakfast at Haus of Donuts (to go) and dinner at Sweet Basilica (if you like Italian). Drive trail ridge road to Grand Lake and get some ice cream at Grand Lake Chocolates.

What route are you taking to Colorado? Through Kansas?

I have done both, that NM trip is a little slower but better scenery. Kansas is all of the same and no fun unless you are heading hunting.

Going in late May.
This may be a dumb question
Is there more roads than just trail ridge road to drive in RMNP? Wanting to see if there is another scenic road in RMNP we could take that time of year.
