Downtown Milwaukee / Sheboygan (Ryder Cup)

A group of four is heading to the Ryder Cup in September. We are staying in downtown Milwaukee - seeing the sights Friday, playing golf Saturday, and attending the Cup on Sunday.
We looked into hiring a driver to get us to and from Whistling Straits in Sheboygan, but the companies are mega gauging, and the prices are outrageous. We could rideshare with Uber or Lyft, but I’m concerned about actually getting a car when the tournament ends due to the mass exodus of people.
Any alternative transportation suggestions?
Also, recommendations for dining and/or breweries walkable from the downtown Milwaukee Hyatt? Recommendations for a reasonably priced course that rents clubs for Saturday?
Thanks!

Hyatt Regency or Hyatt Place?
- Eagle Park, for sure
- Indeed opened a MKE taproom
- Hacienda has a MKE taproom, too
- Lakefront Brewery tour is fun (not sure if they’re doing that now)
- Third Space is very fun
For food, check out Odd Duck in Bay View. Also, Kinnickinnic is one of the best street in MKE for bars. If you go to Eagle Park, Brady on Lower East Side also has great bars. Mader’s is the best-known German restaurant.

We stayed in Sheboygan when LSU played Wisconsin at Lambeau Field a few years ago. It is a nice town and there are some very good restaurants there by the pier. Lino's and Stefano's are two good Italian restaurants.

Checkout Red's Party Bus for a shuttle price out of downtown. Several shuttle options, has always been reasonably priced
