Dominical, Costa Rica

Going on an adult-only 7-day trip to Dominical the first week of February. I've been to Quepos/Manuel Antonio before, and it looks like that marina is the closest one to Dominical for charter fishing and/or catamaran sunset booze cruise (which I've done before from that marina). We never went south down the coast past Manuel Antonio.

Other than going north from Dominical towards Quepos/Manuel Antonio, any recs south of Manuel Antonio, or even south of Dominical?

I'm sure there's ATV tours, zip-lining, hiking, etc down that way too. How about food/cafe/restaurant recs?

Looking forward to this trip, seems like Dominical is a much sleepier town than Quepos/Manuel Antonio. I'm reading that's where the ex-pats are, slow paced hippie surf town. Nauyaca Waterfalls look cool.
