Been looking everywhere, but can’t find one.

Not sure what you gotta get in touch with them about, but they were extremely unhelpful about airline credits being applied. I ate a few hundred bucks over their practices.

Don't book with third parties. You'll call Expedia, they'll call the hotel/airline, do some light begging beginning with, "on behalf of our mutual customer," and then the hotel or airline rep will tell them the same thing they've probably already told you.
In case it's relevant to whatever is having you want to call them, most of the third party bookings are created by Expedia, etc., based on a one time use credit card, which only has the exact value of whatever you purchased on it. This is one of the reasons that if you try to make what is a minor adjustment, but causes the price to be impacted by even a penny either way, the hotel/airline can't do diddly poo for you.

We were kicked out of a Radisson near O'Hare because even though their website said dogs welcome, they has recently installed a no pet policy that was posted behind the check in on a piece of construction paper. Worst customer service experience to this day I've ever had. The rep I talked to on the phone from Expedia was foreign, but helpful. Expedia got us another room for the same price at a much nicer hotel. So sometimes third party booking isn't the worst.

I don't know what your situation is, but if you're having to reach out to Expedia, I can pretty much guarantee you're already screwed.
This might be a tough lesson and you'll never book using third party sites again.

Correct. Problem with hotel or airline they wont do anything. Better off dealing directly.
