Disney Marriot hotels

I have some Marriot points I need to use and am trying to offset some of the costs for Disney world. Is there a Marriot Hotel that you can recommend?
I see they have the Disney Swan and Disney Dolphin available, that's what I was looking at. I have a Family of 5 ages 6-8.

Swan and Dolphin are walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Also about 15 really good restaurants within walking distance between onsite, Boardwalk, Yacht Club, and Epcot World Showcase.

Swan and Dolphin both utilize Disney transportation and allow you to book fast passes 60 days in advance. The only other non-Disney hotels that offer that perk are the Disney Springs area hotels, but I don't think any of those are Marriott properties. Disney transportation isn't available at those hotels either. Their buses run less frequently than the Disney buses.
Despite their ugly exterior, the Swan and Dolphin are nice hotels with very comfortable beds. The location is great too. You can walk or take a boat to both Epcot and Hollywood Studios. The Disney buses will take you to Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, and Disney Springs, but they can get crowded because they are shared with several other resorts.

Thanks for your input. Looks like a pretty easy decision.

I have used Sabal Palms and Imperial Palms...they are Marriott Vacation Club properties right outside of Disney. Sabal Palms is 2 bedroom and Imperial Palms is 3 bedroom.
They don't have any of the perks associated with the previously mentioned Marriott property though.

Swan Dolphin stays booked up so call we’ll in advance. I would say minimum 8 months with points. I checked the other day and it was taking 50k points per night. Spg/Marriott pts. Note these free nights do not cover the resort fee which is usually about 30$ per day which pay for your Disney perks. When Star Wars land opens its going to be insane to get in here.

If you are not set on staying on Disney property, the marrioit vacation club properties are fantastic. I have stayed at the cypress harbour villas twice with points. Easy Uber or drive to Disney, and the resort has tons to do. Also has two sperate bedrooms, full kitchen, laundry, and living room.
My kids begged for an extra just resort day and didn’t want to go to Disney one day since they had so much fun at the property.

They'll probably require an adult to be with you to check in.

I am choosing between the Sabal Palms and Disney Dolphin. I like the kitchen and bigger room/living area of the Palms compared to Dolphin which is a standard hotel room. I do like the location of the Dolphin a lot more however.
Would you recommend Sabal Palms over Dolphin? I am using points so both resorts will cost me the same amount.

I don’t know anything about the Dolphin. I stayed at Imperial Palms three years ago and we leave this morning for a trip at Saba Palms. We cooked all but one of our dinners at the hotel to save some money. It was convenient, just not Disney-resort convenient. But it’s hard to beat “free” when you have points to burn.
