Doing honeymoon at Jade Mountain and Sugar Beach. Other than resort restaurants, any restaurant recommendations?

Awesome , have fun….

If you’re staying at Jade Mountain, I would not leave the resort to eat. The beachside Indian flair restaurant was really good. I would have all my other dinners at the top floor Jade Mountain restaurant. It’s pretty top notch and the menu changes nightly, and they have specialty pairing menus some nights.

Also, I would recommend to sign up for the Lion fish and wine pairing menu on the beach if it’s available. It’s extra cost and limited availability, but it was our favorite.

I would avoid the treetop restaurant on the mid level of Anse Chastenet. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t on par with other dining options

We did an off-resort excursion (mud baths). Didn't leave the resort again. Like many islands, the locals are very poor and buildings are very run down. Can't imagine there are any other good restaurants. Plus, you'll get pestered for handouts everywhere you go.

We're heading to La Toc on Monday. I've only planned two off site excursions, catamaran cruise and zipline/ dune buggy tour. Everything else will most likely be at the resort.

Been fortunate enough to stay at Jade twice. Once ventured off for a few meals, next time dined at exclusively at Jade Mountain.

This is all spot on. Oh and enjoy Jade Mountain—it’s pretty damn incredible.
