Do a Disney cruise, kids or no kids.
They have adults only parts of the ship. Food is very good, and you don’t have to deal with race fatigue.
Also, if you really want to splurge, try Concierge on Disney Cruise Line.

Only cruised 3 times, all have been on Norwegian. Always been a positive cruise. One thing we like the beverage package is included in the price. That way your not hit with a big bill before you de-board.

Been thinking about trying Oceania, where do they fall on the luxury scale?
Oceania is my favorite cruise line. Small ships, great food and quiet atmosphere. Booked on a Colon to Los Angeles Panama Canal cruise next week and then in March 2026 doing 120 days around the world on Oceania - San Diego to Miami.

I highly recommend Celebrity. It's nice but not stuffy. No getto stuff.

If you have kids, Royal Caribbean Icon Class [fantastic] or Disney Fantasy [the newer Disney ships are poorly reviewed]. If you don’t have kids, Celebrity Edge Class ships [going on Xcel in two weeks, been on the rest and Ascent was our favorite].

Holland America has been great.

Oceania if you’re fan of fine food. Not cheap but worth it I think.
