Cloudland Canyon State Park Ga

Any of you ever camped or hiked near this place ? It south of Chattanooga. Going this weekend and would like to know if anyone that's been, enjoyed it.

Several times. It is awesome.
We usually do the semi-primitive camping. The campsites are about a half mile from the parking lot, IIRC, and they're pretty spread out. I've done every trail there, and they're all great.
ETA - Looking at their website, they call those campsites Backcountry sites.

Went over the thanksgiving holidays and it was great. Very nice hikes and beautiful scenery.

I used to love in Trenton. Cloudland is great.
And if you want a great meal, Canyon Grille is just down the road from the park entrance. It is truly one of the best restaurants in the Chattanooga area. And Lookout Mountain Pizza Company is right near Canyon Grille. Awesome wood-fired oven pizzas.

The stairs down to the waterfalls are the same stairs you have to walk BACK UP.. Friendly reminder. That rim shot from top is beautiful.

Ate there, Saturday night. Food was great. Cloud Canyon was a great hike and the 600 stairs was worth the climb.
