Breckenridge Experts - Qs on potential location

I’ve only been to breck once and stayed at grand peak lodge on peak 7. Looking for house options and have questions if anyone can help.
1. Is the historic district a good location? Would you prefer it to a house up the mountain, but maybe not on the shuttle route?
2. I have a really cool house option on Lomax that would require Uber or shuttle (not free) to get to the lift each day. Is that common and easy? Any service names?
3. Would you choose a ski in/out over both options above?
Thanks TB

Not an expert on the subject, but Breck is small. And the free shuttle system is easy to access. Pick the property you like best and have fun.

Get a house walking distance to Main St or to a free bus stop to town. You can access the base of the mountain from town for free via gondola or bus at Breck Station. We prefer walking distance to Main St so we don’t have to worry about driving or having to get a ride anywhere. If yall are home bodies and stay in, then a house up on the hill won’t be bad once you have all your groceries and booze stocked up from the store.
