Last time I was down that way, Shep came rolling up into Home Team hammered out of his mind with his entourage. The girl behind the bar said it was a pretty common occurrence for him. He was running his mouth, and she was dishing it right back at him.

Shep owns a bar called the Palace Hotel. I see him there all the time.
Couple of my good buddies bartend there, you should check it out. It's off the beaten path and away from all of the King St shenanigans.
If you go to the above mentioned bar, you're bound to see Shep with nose beers.
