Figuring out where and what you want to do is the easy part.
How many days and how much you can fit into one day... Plotting out the logistics of getting to the attractions, when you want to arrive etc is what you need to hammer out. If you’re staying in banff or Canmore you will need transportation getting to the attractions
First piece of advice is rent a car. Be prepared to get up before the sun comes up if you’re going to a place like Morraine Lake. If you’re hiking make sure you’re prepared
There are tons of info out there. It’s all beautiful

don't go to the glacier, If you want to see it just drive up and take a look don't take the tour takes forever just to go stand on ice.
Beautiful area, wildlife everywhere.

I’d agree, skip the glacier. Plus it’s a haul if you’re staying in banff
I’d get out and drive the Icefield Parkway still. Some of my favorite stops were along the route, namely Bow Lake and Peyto Lake. Also good chance to see some wildlife

Valley of the 10 peaks
Thank me later
I am working here in Calgary up through October, hit me up if you have any questions. I have been to Banff a couple of times already and I’m going back in July

He did. You told him to use the search function.

This!! The view of Peyto Lake is worth the entire trip.
I think I'd do the glacier too, but to each their own (I haven't been in a decade).
