Obv Air France headquarters so their alliance is predominant. Make sure you are on Delta metal if possible. Dreamliner or A350 preferred.
I had a not-great experience with La Compagnie. They're inflexible and will cut you no slack if your connecting flight into NYC is off due to weather.

These two statements contradict each other. Delta doesn't have any 787 Dreamliners and their A350's are typically used for routes to Asia.
If you're on Delta metal from CDG to the states you're gonna be on an A330 or possibly a 767.
Air France operates their 787 Dreamliners and A350's to a few locations in North America, but a lot of the flying is on their 777's

possibly a 767.
This would be my choice then. 767 is the smallest wide-body and loads the fastest which is nice.

Delta’s 767 fleet is old and shitty. It’s worn out and showing its age. The interior badly needs an update.

Air France business class was nice. Not the nicest I’ve been on but nice. The food was outstanding. I just wish the flight was a couple hours longer so I could have slept more. Our initial flight was delayed which meant the flight to Copenhagen was also delayed. 9 hours! We ended up at the airport hotel and slept for a few hours during the layover. We weree too wiped out to venture into Paris.

Glad to see you had a better experience than me on my last Air France business class flight. The food was awful on mine. Trying out partner KLM for the first time at the end of the month and interested to see what that is like

We’re flying KLM home. Premium economy as I can handle it during daytime flights.

We're in J both ways on this upcoming trip on KLM. I'm hoping Lufthansa opens up business class award space AUS-FRA so I can skip the connection in Amsterdam on the outbound.
